NOTE WELL: this is membership in the 2 day Bree Moot 5 (April 27-28, Friday & Saturday). Membership in the one-day "Concerning Hobbits & Other Matters: Tolkien Across the Disciplines" on April 26 is a separate matter, and must be negotiated with the University of St. Thomas English Department (check the main page for links). Cost of that conference is a separate $30.
Banquets are planned for both Thursday evening (part of the Concerning Hobbits conference) and Saturday evening. Banquet costs are separate. The Concerning Hobbits banquet and lunch are available through that conference. The Saturday evening banquet for Bree Moot will also be separate, but details are not finalized. I think it will be in the neighborhood of $20, maybe a little more (possibly less), but I may not have that figure until much closer to Bree Moot. However, I would be interested in knowing if you ARE interested, and if you have a cap on the price that you'd pay.
Other meals at Bree Moot will be "on your own" though there will be refreshments available during the conference in a hospitality room, there are a number of nearby fast-food and restaurant options within easy walking distance.
Lodging. We're piggy-backing on the University of St. Thomas "Concerning Hobbits" arrangements--check out their motels and just register for the nights you need at the academic conference rate.
