Predicted PFAM domains in two Arabidopsis clades.


The unusual domain arrangements may be real, reflecting "domain shuffling" in these genes. It is also possible that some of these arrangements may be due to mis-prediction of the coding sequences, or mis-prediction of PFAM domains by hmmer.
