Meditation on Anger

Let the Flowers Bloom.

There is the ideal in Buddhism, in this lifetime,

to be free of anger even in situations

where you might think it is justified and appropriate.

The Buddhist would say it’s not that you should have no emotion,

but rather you should check out other options

that would deal with the situation appropriately and effectively, without anger.
