This is a couple second exposure, no Photoshop enhancement. Taken during a late night snowfall, this is one of a few pictures I snapped before my lens got too much snow on it. The campus security guard pacing the bridge stopped and gave me an odd look, but it was worth it. I think the colors of the city sky make the light look red-hot, and the streaking snowflakes almost resemble sparks from a forge.
