Table 2 gives the sequence of a primer L15506 attributed to Helm-Bychowski and Cracraft (1993), which the text reports was used to amplify and sequence the final 1/3 of cytochrome b.  Although this primer was reported by those authors, it was mistakenly substituted during generation of the table for the primer actually used, L15656 (located in Homo at mtDNA position 15507), also first reported by Helm-Bychowski and Cracraft (1993).  The sequence of L15656 is 5’-AAC CTA CTA GGA GAC CCA GA-3’.
