o April 24th at 6:30 PM, Moos Tower
• 30th Annual ASU Spring Conference (30)
o Committee updates
 Education
• Monday: tea ceremony. Meet at 3:30 in ASU to help set up. At 4 PM, go to President’s Room to set up. Not sure yet how much or what food there will be. 6 PM start time.
• Tuesday: Meet at 3 to make the dumplings, in ASU. Need people to bring pots, etc.
• Wednesday: Review list about etiquette beforehand. Demonstration table to follow along with. Food is being picked up at 6:15. Dress up in white top, black pants. Meeting at 4 PM. Presenters speaking around 6:30. Mississippi Room
• Thursday: Hilal Isler, teach coming to speak on that night. Hasn’t confirmed yet. Someone will pick up food at 6:30 PM. Pizza still to be ordered. Martial Arts dude will arrive at 5:30.
• Friday: Azuki is sponsoring the Sushi event. Meeting at 4 PM in ASU. Sushi room is 303.

• Fliers have been ordered, won’t be here til Thursday.
• Fortune cookies should be here Wednesday or Thursday.
