o Student Concern Forum is March 31st if you have issues or problems to pass on, talk to Irene Wong
o Movie night is March 26th, Moos Tower at 6 PM

• SIGN UP FOR BOARD CHECK-UP MEETING
• MAASU updates (10)
o Last week to register for MAASU
• 30th Annual ASU Spring Conference (30)
o Committee updates (Education, PR, Programming, Logistics)
 Education: days for workshops aren’t yet finalized, will be done so on Thursday. We have Sushi & Health and Nutrition. Azuki can provide for 40 people; Dumpling night, plus discussion on bi-cultural night; professional workshop – leadership, marketing yourself, time management; etiquette dining - teach and serve salad, pasta, possibly soup. Planning to have 60 people; tea ceremony, JSA is going to help us with it. Linguistics dept does this every year. Going to have their cultural night as well; Gender relations workshop, with possibly martial arts.
 PR: Fortune cookie things will be done Friday; Rough flier has been created, with modifications yet to be done.
 Programming: colors will be light green and pink.
 Logistics: food permits will be turned in this Friday. Looking into food quotes still.

 Programming: Slumdog Millionaire (Nehal)

o Rice Bowl Committee has been formed, conference call tomorrow. Will hear updates at next meeting
o MAASU conference call is also Thursday
• Room cleaning

• BAM collaboration – Angel Charity Gala (TOMORROW. Set up starts at 1pm. Event 530-8pm)
• Possible 5k collaboration with University (4/19, Sunday, 10:10 am, on campus)
• Sigma Lambda Beta – Cultural Show (Friday 3/27, Great Hall) – Help set up
