• wPosition updates (15)
o March 26th Movie Night - A Chinese Odyssey. In Moos Tower
• 3/10 GA Meeting Planning (Thursday, 3/5, 630pm, ASU)
• Big Brother, Big Sister
o Would like to present to the board about the organization, to see if people are interested.
o We should have them come to a GA meeting
• MAASU updates (10)
o Group registration is over; $45 deadline before March 15th, will be $60 after that
o Jimmy is going to be part of a conference call for all the M-Reps
• 30th Annual ASU Spring Conference (20)
o Committee updates (Education, PR, Programming, Logistics)
 Education: no new updates; will be working on food permits and final events. For sushi: we need to provide pans and towels for rice. Azuki is thinking about teaching, but hasn’t given a final yes or no yet. Looking into a poetry workshop.
 PR: still waiting on events, etc. Deadline Monday for the t-shirt design contest.
 Programming: IBU is set to go; Kenichi is nearly set to go; Seriously is all set to go as well.
 Logistics: working on food and permits
o Board thing updates (VIDEO)
 Working on clips for creating a video of High School Musical, House, the Office, Slumdog Millionaire.
o Banquet performers
 Singers – Seriously, IBU
 Dancers/Misc – Kenichi Ebina
 Comedian/MC – NONE
 Speaker – NONE
 UMN student groups – Good to go.

• Possible 5k collaboration with University (4/19, Sunday, 10:10 am, on campus)
• Sigma Lambda Gamma – Teddies for Tots drive – ends tomorrow
• Sigma Lambda Beta – Cultural Show (Friday 3/27, Great Hall) – Help set up
