CMU Board Room
• Position updates (10)
o TCAR meeting this past weekend. Joint event will probably not work out. But a possible potluck on April 18th from 2-5 PM.
o ISA, Chit Chat Chai event. Want to use our room for it. $50 deposit will be required, plus additional if there is damage found afterward.
• Ice Skating with affiliates at the Depot (5)
o Dinner: 530-630pm. CMU 302 – affiliate boards
o Skating: 7pm-whenever. $6 admission, $6 rental
• Possible BAM collaboration – Angel Charity Gala (Wednesday, 3/11, Great Hall, 530-8pm) (10)
o Need help setting up. $8 entrance fee. Name and logo on flyers.
• Possible 5k collaboration (10)
o 4/19, Sunday, 10:10 am, on campus
• MAASU updates (10)
o Had the first canned food drive meeting. Want to go to neighborhoods to gather these cans. Plan to reach out to the community for donations. Going to Ellyn’s, Joe’s, Paul’s. Goal is to approach 200 houses. Plan is to go to different neighborhoods, knock on the doors, leave on the door if they are not home. Go back a week later to pick them up, no need to disturb the houses, they can leave it on the door.
o Attendance to MAASU?
Positives: experience leadership; reaching out to other schools; brought a lot back to us; represent UofM, so we can show we still care about MAASU; we would be thinking about branching out; would 1 person make a difference?
Negatives: We are a board, work together; we need leaders day of the event; won’t have 2 extra hands; biggest event, great experience; what if everyone went? We need to represent ASU at our own events; we are already reaching out by participating in the MAASU events of the year;

Programming: if you have any ideas besides a fashion show, let us know
Logistics: NEED TO MEET.
PR: Email was sent out last week. Come up with funny fortune cookie quotes; give ideas for commercials that will be posted on facebook and youtube.
Education: Per work shop day, have 1 educational event, one more fun
o Deciding on performers
Singers –IBU (2000 + expenses for 3?), SRSLY (Nehal get to it)
Dancers/Misc – Kenichi Ebina (1000 + expenses for 1)
Comedian/MC – KT Tatara (2250 + hotel)
Speaker – Vu Pham? Kelly Miyamoto from the Firm
UMN student groups – pending
