ASU GA Committee Agenda

Focus: Introductory meeting. Reacquaint with GA. Meet new people. Welcome back meeting for new semester.
Start time: 630pm. Board members who have class are excused to be late.
End time: Latest end time is 750. If things go under time, that is okay too. Shooting for 75 minutes.
Food: Irene Tran is buying graham crackers, big and small marshmallows, chocolate bars, and bananas. Buying for 35-40 people.
Agenda:
• 630: Start. 5-10 minutes settling in.
• 640: Updates/food
• ASU updates
• Gala
• SC
• T-shirts. Anyone can submit designs. Deadline tbd.
• Announce MAASU SC is April 3-5 at UMich Ann Arbor
• 655: Game 1 – Big wind blows/Big one blows
• 710: Small group discussion. Meet as large group afterwards.
• Determine and set quiet hours
• Ask if people still want ASU to sell snacks.
• Discuss how people learned about ASU, review of first semester, what they liked, what they think can be improved
• Let them know there are always opportunities to contribute.
• 735: Game 2 – Chubby bunny
• 800: Board meeting
