BOARD MEETING

• Position updates
• Any Soldier: Each person needs to find 1 contact on the website
• Spring 2009
o Board Meeting: Tuesday, 8pm-10pm
o GA Meeting: Tuesday, 730pm every other Tuesday, in ASU
• Winter Gala
 Theme – A Night in Downtown

• Early Bird (before January 20, 2009)

• Flyers ordered. Begin passing out next week.
 Food updates: we gave them the budget, they are working on deciding what will be served (desserts)
 Decorations updates: Color scheme: black, champagne and gold. Center piece is a mirror, with napkins. Vases with black beads and pictures of various downtown pictures hanging off of it. Prep time should be no more than an hour, most of it can be pre-set up.
