o Send your schedules to Nehal
o Send office hour availability to Nehal (3 hours a week)
o Try to leave Tuesday and Thursday night available… PLEASE!!!!!!! >:O
• Experience Minnesota
o Lunch (set up board, hand out brochures): Set up in Great Hall by 11:45am at the latest
o Room tour (keep room open as students tour second floor): Approx. 3:15 to 4:30pm
 David is attending both, Kha and Kevin will attend one of them, Amy will attend the lunch
 Similar to Freshman orientation set-up
• AnySoldier updates (AnySoldier committee)
o Please buy tickets to attend the Pasta night: $6 w/item donation, $8 without.
o Event: Friday November 21st 6:30-10 PM
o Selling tickets in advance, please bring item donations to ASU and tickets are also available in ASU, just ask a board member in the room
• Diversity and Equity Breakfast (Andy)
o Thursday, November 20, 7:30am-830am, Arrive by 7:00am at the latest

• 30th Annual ASU Spring Conference
o Week of Monday 3/30/2009 to Saturday 4/4/2009
o Committees
 Logistics – food, food permits, grants, coordinate volunteers for serving food, coordinating volunteers in general
 Programming – planning banquet, coordinating performances
 Education – week of workshops
 PR – marketing materials, posting events, generating event awareness, contacting press
 EVERYONE – look for performers-emcee-keynote speaker, teamwork, have fun

o We should do a community event before the end of the semester
