a. Set up is at 10:40 AM
b. What is Actifest?
i. Social Activsisim

iii. Civic engagement that promotes
c. Lots of prizes in which Meky bought
i. Bought at the dollar store
d. Peeps were labeled during meeting
i. 30 peeps (15 pairs)
ii. Game will be to match the peeps and if the peeps are matched then they win
iii. There will 6 a’s, 10 b’s, 14 c’s
iv. Different frequencies of a-c, the one with the higher percentage will have less pairs in the pool
v. Each person will get to pick three ducks
vi. Nehal will make a posterboard sign to explain the rules
vii. Joe will buy the candy bars (30)
viii. TK and Kha blowed up the pool
ix. Candy is c (lower prizes)
e. Canned Food Drive Reflections
i. Got a decent amount of canned foods
ii. Donated to either Second Harvest in Minneapolis and in Maplewood
f. HW. Start thinking about things you will want to say/advise to the person taking over your role next year~ transition meeting is on Tuesday May 6th
i. Picnic outside if the weather is nice
ii. Vacant positions filling will be discussed between pres and vps of old and new board
iii. Leadership powerpoint by Florence
g. Comments, questions, concerns?
i. Fundraising for English Summer Camp in ASU room
1. Approved
ii. ASU Retreat
1. Maybe travel in the middle of the summer (mid July?)
2. Top choices are Miami, New York, Seattle
