a. VSAM: Karma on Friday Nov 9th, $2 off with flyer
b. PSA: Poker Tournament on Nov 30th, PSA Traditional Dance Group (Contact Carlo), Clubbing event at BarFly on Jan 25th
c. KSA: Movie Night at Melrose this Friday from 5-8PM, Food Provided; Luncheon on December 5th from 11AM-2PM with Korean Food
d. APAC: FOB Play this Wednesday from 5-7PM at the Whole; free food and popcorn
e. ISA: ISA Show on Nov 17th, 7-9PM at the Great Hall
f. CSAM: No updates.
g. CASA: Social Night on Friday 16th in ASU from 5-7PM, games, assorted Chinese snacks and drinks
h. EPIC: Nov 14th at 7PM; Movie at Dinnaken
3. GA Membership Forms: Deadline last Tuesday, will still take it in.

1. Webmaster Application Updates
a. Remind to turn it in by this Friday
2. Affiliate forms turned in by most organizations
3. Enforcing ASU policies
a. Be consistent with ASU office hours every day of the week regardless of whether you have office hours at that time or not
b. E-mail the whole board if you are not going to be at office hours
4. Education event update
a. Showing a movie at Coffman Theatre or ASU Room

5. Volunteer Updates
a. December 8th from 9-12 or 1-4, need 15 max people per shift
b. Will e-mail GA about attending either shift, ASU will attend both shifts
c. Operation Christmas Child – not available on weekends
6. Winter Gala
a. On Friday, February 1st from 8PM-12PM
b. Will decorate from 3PM-8PM
c. Rent or buy drapes at Richfield
d. Homework: Look for pretty pictures of draping and describe how it can be possible.
e. Food: UDS Catering
f. PR Flyer and Tickets: Working on it and glossy paper (Meng has website)
