2. Communication and Time Commitments
a. E-mail an okay form of communication?

c. Strengthen cohesion among the group

e. Showing that ASU is a family... attending affiliate events together
f. Lacking support in return from affiliates

3. Webmaster Position
a. Open elections again
b. Can allow for proper time to let people know position is open and going through the appropriate process
c. E-mailed out by Friday, a week time line for applications due!

4. Treasury Updates
a. Reimbursement forms for Halloween and Breast Cancer due November 9th
b. Augsburg: $50
c. Audit: Well.

5. Homecoming Parade
a. This Saturday at Nov. 2nd

6. Board Event
a. 1:00PM Board Games Yudof Hall PotLuck this Saturday
b. Jen will look into booking it tonight

11. KSA Dilemma
a. Provide a warning due to lack of communication
b. Send e-mail to President, VP, and Representative about meetings missed and new GA form not turned in.

12. Winter Gala
a. Great Hall on February 1st
b. Food?
c. $10 per person and $15 for couples regular and $3 per package with 1 can before and during winter break and $2 per package off after winter package. Limit 1 can per purchase.
d. Donation box or Tip Jar

13. Spring Conference
a. Deadline, November 13th: Two weeks from now. Look at the links of suggested performers and have opinions on them.

14. Questions/Comments
a. Deadline for flyers: November 27th
b. Deadline for other events: Two weeks before the date of event. Flyers done and PR started.
