2. Leigh from Program Assistants: Associated with New Student Orientation for Freshman and Transfer Students, Convocation, Kick-It, and Welcome. Apply for Program Assistant position (new student weekend co-chair and old program assistant): spring and summer program. Benefits: $3500 stipend over summer, can enroll as a course over the spring semester for Leadership minor. Can also apply online at www.ofyp.umn.edu. Office open from 8:30-4:30. Information session from 12:00-4:00 in the Board Room tomorrow! Applications due Nov. 2nd by 4:00PM.

3. Affiliate Updates
a. VSAM: Karma on Nov 9th, Culture Night on Nov 27th in St. Cloud, Ice Cream Social on Nov. 2nd, Paintball on Nov 3rd, Journey from Fall on Nov 30th
b. PSA: This Friday Movie Night at 6pm at Dinnaken
c. ISA: No upcoming events.
d. APAHC: A play called FOB Nov. 14th at 5:00 in Whole
e. CASA: GameNight/Dumpling Night on Nov 16th
f. EPIC: Short film on Nov. 14th

1. Halloween Committee Updates
a. Decorations: Progress being made, meeting all day Friday in ASU room to put stuff together and for set-up, meeting at Noon on Friday
b. Activities: Pumpkin bowling, maze, mummy wrapping, scavenger hunt, apple bobbing, make up chair, costume contest, meeting at 3:00PM on Friday
c. Food Committee: Going shopping Thursday after 5:30PM
d. Last Minute PR: Hand out flyers like crazy. Easels reserved.
e. List for Augsburg: Need help with Activities shopping
f. Nehal will send out a sign-up for stations for Friday

2. Breast Cancer Awareness Last Minute Stuff
a. Sign ups: Keta will send it out tonight
b. First shit remember to bring down trifold, flyers, and a cub foods bins of candies, strawberry shortcake, boob toss game, and asu display board (all in office)!

3. Divided We Fall event partnership: Looking for any way

4. Spring Conference Updates: Want to have things down to detail beforehand, so we can start applying right away for grants.
