2. GA Assembly
i. Closer ties this year through Outreach Chair
ii. Possibly attend GA’s board meetings (one-two ASU board members per meeting)
3. Roles and Responsibilities: No abuse of ASU perks such as leaving the room unsupervised during office hours etc…
4. Fundraising Ideas
i. Date Auction – collaboration with other organizations
ii. Annual Gala
iii. Sushi Workshop
iv. SuperSmash Tournament
5. Volunteering
i. Work with immigrant population through Catalyst Foundation
ii. Food Drive
iii. Donations from companies for immigrants
6. Short term goals
i. Attain more affiliates
ii. Increase affiliate attendance at meetings and involvement with ASU
iii. Productive meetings, limit side-talks, take votes over deadlocks
iv. Build corporate connections
v. Office hours must be attended to – post exceptions on the outside door
vi. Enforcing quiet hours - game cube allowed as long as played quietly

1. Timings for Coupon Booklets: 12pm-3pm and 11am-2pm
2. DON’T HAND THEM OUT; it’s against University policy! Give them out when people come to the table.
3. Schedule for contact table soon for extra dates!
ii. Activities Fair: Outside CMU, September 19th, 10am-2pm
