II. Board elections/discussion
• Candidates: Chris, Lulu, Tony
• By majority vote, Chris Oudavanh was appointed Vice-President
• As the only candidate, Rachel Yang was appointed Treasurer
• The second Business Relations Co-Chair position has been closed on board
III. TCAR: meeting this Sunday, 10/8, 1 PM?
• 1st meeting hosted in ASU room
IV. Carlson Diversity Fair
• Oct. 11th, 3:30-5:30, CSOM Dining Hall
• Mini Activities Fair
• Contact Chris if available to man table
• Signed up: Tony, Rachel, Stephanie, Florence, Sejal
• Bring ASU trifold, brochures (check office and computer)
V. ASU and/or MISA Halloween Social
• MISA’s is hosted Monday Oct. 30th, 6-9 PM, all of 2nd FL Coffman
• ASU’s is hosted Friday Oct. 20th,
• ASU Halloween Social Friday Oct. 27th, 7-10 PM,
• Costume Contest – Costumes not required by strongly encouraged
• Come next meeting (Oct. 11th) with ideas for small activities
VI. Officer Updates/Concerns
• Cleanliness of ASU room
• Whoever closes ASU room to turn off computers
• Wireless vs. wired internet
• Clean out storage and affiliate cabinets
• CCC meeting in Al-Madinah room
