Brief History:

MAASU was started in response to a need for political unity among Asian American students in the Midwest. By 1990, there were more than 20 universities in teh Midwest that had formed APA organizations. Some had been around for years; some were in their infancy. Students felt there needed to be an organization that would support the growth of these organizations and organize APA students in the Midwest for political activism and MAASU was formed to fill this responsibility. -Compliments of MAASU.org

11/6 - 11/8: MAASU FALL Conference

Meeting this year in Wisconsin, ASU plans to make this interesting and eye-opening trip to learn about leadership and communication. There's a $40 fee for membership but this price could drop as long as we exceed a party of fifteen or more members before(Board and GA). More information is available at http://www.maasu.org.
