TEAM CONTRACT
Code of Conduct: As a project team, we will:
- Be dedicated to our work
- Keep other team members informed throughout the progress of the project
- Focus on what is the best for the entire project team
Participation: We will:
- Be honest and open during the whole project activities.
- Have one discussion at a time.
- Be open and consider new ideas.
- Do the works that are assigned.
Communication: We will:
- Do face-to-face meeting or decide the best possible way to communicate.
- Have the project manager conduct all meetings
- Work together to divide tasks and create the project schedule.
- Deliver ideas clearly and concisely
- Always have discussions to decide whichever best for the project.
Meeting Guidelines: We will:
- Have a face-to-face meeting whenever in need with two-hour time limit.
- Inform the project manager or team member if a team member has to miss a meeting.
- Record meeting minutes and conclusions from the meeting.
- Have a meeting with our sponsor for status report.
- Document major issues and decisions related to the project and send them out via e-mail to all team members and project sponsor.
