Sarah (Nicholson) Standing, b. 14 August 1857 at Brighton, Sussex, England, d. 7 Nov. 1944 at Earlham, Iowa. She was a daughter of Alfred A. Nicholson and Rebecca Phillips. She was the wife of George Edwin Standing, son of George Standing and Deborah (Fox) Standing.

Mary Alice (Nicholson) Standing, b. 25 March 1865 at Stockton on Tees, Eng.; d. 4 July 1949 at Primghar, Iowa. She was a daughter of Alfred A. Nicholson and Rebecca Phillips. She was the wife of Charles Standing, son of George and Deborah (Fox) Standing.

Arthur Lees Nicholson, b. 27 April 1863 at Earlsheaton near Dewsbury, Yorkshire, Eng.; d. 11 Sept. 1949 in Haddonfield, N.J. He was a son of Alfred A. and Rebecca (Phillips) Nicholson. He was a grandson of David A. Nicholson and Maria Avery. Arthur L. Nicholson married Margaret Fox Bentley, daughter of Fuller Bentley and Sarah Fox. Sarah Fox was a dughter of David Fox and his second wife, Rebecca Payne.

Sarah ("Serita") Tyndale (Bentley) Bredin, b. 16 Oct. 1872 at Leeds, Yorkshire; d. 21 March 1952, probably at Haddonfield, N.J. She was a daughter of Fuller Bentley and Sarah Fox. She was a sister of Margaret Fox Bentley who married Arthur Lees Nicholson. Serita married George Sloan Bredin. They had no children.

Herbert ("Bert") Alexander Bentley, b. 9 May 1877 at Allithwaite, Lancashire; died 28 June 1948, unmarried. He was a son of Fuller Bentley and Sarah Fox.

Marian Gill, b. 1879; probably in Yorkshire; living at Capetwon in 1934, unmarried at that time. She was a daughter of Joseph John Gill and Lucy Cheal, who were first cousins. Joseph John Cheal was the son of Benjamin Gill of Dewsbury, Yorkshire and Hannah Fox. Lucy Cheal was a daughter of John Cheal ("the 2nd") of Crawley, Sussex, and Mary Fox. Hannah Fox and Mary Fox were daughters of David Fox of Dewsbury, by his first marriage, to Sarah Wilby. They were older half-sisters of Deborah Fox who married George Standing. Martha Cheal, sister of John Cheal ("the 2nd"), married John Standing. They were the parents of George Standing who married Deborah Fox.

Margaret Fox (Nicholson) Taylor, b. 26 March 1898 at Rahway, New Jersey; d. ca. 1984 at Richmond, IN; daughter of Arthur Lees Nicholson and Margaret Fox Bentley. She married Lewis Arthur Taylor. In their later years they lived in Richmond, IN.

Margaret (Pumphrey) (Taylor) Jenkins, b. 8 July 1928 in Middlesborough, Yorkshire, Eng.. She was the daughter of Roland Pumphrey and Sarah Eleanor Nicholson ("Eleanor"), Eleanor Nicholson, b. 22 June 1901, d. 28 Aug. 1928, was a daughter of Arthur Lees Nicholson and Margaret Fox Bentley. According to the wish of Eleanor (Nicholson) Pumphrey, her daughter, Margaret, was adopted and raised by Eleanor's sister and husband, Margaret (Nicholson) and Lewis Taylor.

Henry Standing, b 11 Feb. 1857 at Leigh, Lancashire; d. 12 Feb. 1937, Altadena, Calif. He was the son of George and Deborah (Fox) Standing. He married Eunice Peacock.

Arthur Charles Standing, b. 15 Oct. 1894 near Earlham, IA; d. 24 Jan. 1970, Des Moines, IA; son of Charles Standing and Mary Alice Nicholson. He was a great-grandson of David A. Nicholson. Arthur married Lydia Henderson.

Wanda Standing, b. 30 April 1928 near Earlham, IA, daughter of Arthur C. Standing and Lydia Henderson. She is a great-great granddaughter of David A. Nicholson.

Elsie (Standing) Kuhn, b. 4 July 1937 is the daughter of Bernard A. Standing and Mildred Mendenhall. She is a great-great granddaughter of David A. Nicholson.

Rebecca Carraway Crisman, b. 23 Jan. 1945 at Long Beach. Calif., is the daughter of Warren Carraway and Ethel (Jones) Carraway. Ethel (Jones) Carraway is a daughter of Walter Jones and May Yole.
