Written Stuff
- "Neil the Intelligent," my one-off talking animal story, has been published in a science
fiction collection titled Listen to the Future.
Amazon is slinging copies.
- "In Defense of Hyperlinks: A Response to Dreyfus" was published in the Spring 2004 issue of Techne: Research in Philosophy and Technology.
- Issue number 14 of the Blue Mesa Review, containing my
story "The Lavender Retaliation" is out. And it has a delightful
cover. Amazon.com will mail you
a copy
in exchange for money.
- "The Schizophrenia of Optimific Ethical Theories" [html || pdf] is a defense of Kantian
deontology from the charge of moral schizophrenia. I presented it
to the Brown
Graduate Philosophy Coference on February 22nd, 2003. Good
times were had by all.
- I reviewed
a profoundly bad book. Read it if you falsely believe that you
might want to read Cyborg Citizen by Chris Hables Gray.
Web Stuff
- Minnesota
I.C.E. is the website for the second International Conference
in Ethics, organized by dissertation advisor. Last semester I
helped out with some small aspects of planning and made the
website, for which I used CSS and my digital camera.
- The O.L.L.L.,
which stands for The Online Library of Lascivious Limericks is not
so much a recent project as one that is still occasionally viewed.
It gets a handful of hits a day. The limericks are scandalous, so
don't go there if you have a weak constitution.
