COMPASSION & CHOICES of MINNESOTA
Compassion in Dyin
gEnd-of-Life Choices

Compassion & Choices of Minnesota is one of about 60 local chapters
of the national organization called Compassion & Choices,
which has it major offices in Denver, Colorado & Portland, Oregon.
This new name resulted from the merger of two similar organizations called

Compassion in Dying and End-of-Life Choices.
These are the meanings behind our new name.

Some of the local chapters still use a variation of these older names.
We used to be the Hemlock Society of Minnesota,
then End-of-Life Choices of Minnesota.
But our new name more fully reflects our mission.

Compassion & Choices is the oldest and largest right-to-die organization.
Complete history, mission, other local chapters, etc.
will be found on our national website:
http://www.compassionandchoices.org .
