Indian Student

Who we are

The Indian Student Association was formed in 1986 as Indo-Am, but later changed their name to the Indian Student Association. It was formed to provide professional/social support for international students from India and South Asia, local students of Indian and South Asian descent, and anyone else who is interested in our bold and colorful Indian culture.

The Indian Student Association operates as a non-profit, non-political, non-religious organization, with an intent to preserve and promote the Indian culture in the University of Minnesota Community to South Asians and non-South Asians alike.
