Below is Exam 1 from Fall 2007, along with the key. I gave this as a take-home exam last semester but this semester it will be done in class so the exam will be a bit shorter. However, you will have only 50 minutes to do the in-class exam so be sure you practice enough to be able to do the problems quickly and accurately. Also, last semester the exam covered A.10 which will be covered on Exam 2. So, in the sample exam you can ignore problems 16, 17, and 18.
