Notes: The Mounds Park Sanitarium (later Mounds Park Hospital) was at 200 Earl St. between Burns Ave. and Thorn St., on the north end of Indian Mounds Park. Streetcar tracks can be seen on Earl St. at the lower left. At one time streetcars on Earl St. went as far as Thorn St.(south of the hospital)  and then turned around. By 1920 the street car line turned east on Burns Ave. (north of the hospital) and no longer passed in front of the hospital.
