Identification: J2608, Johnson Printing, Inc. Eau Claire, Wisconsin (surrounding "SUN"). Also Hamm's Beer "crown" logo, drawing of a lake surrounded by trees, "from the land of sky blue waters", THEO. HAMM BREWING CO., Plants in St. Paul, Minn., San Francisco and Los Angeles and a red stamp of a beer mug with the slogan, "A beer is a beer is a beer until you've tasted Hamm's".  Note: there isn't much room left for a message.
Caption: "Established on this site in 1865 by Theodore Hamm, a young German immigrant, Hamm's ultramodern St. Paul plant now occupies more than 22 acres."
Notes:  The curved street at  lower left is Payne Ave. The cross street is  Minnehaha Ave. The old Johnson High School building can be seen at upper left above the grain elevator tower.  The Whirlpool Co. is at upper center with 3M at upper right. The brewery was sold several times since 1970 and eventually closed in 1998.
